There are tons of "non-invasive" techniques out there but they all seem to fall very short of surgical treatment in terms of outcome and contour. Look into a bra-line back lift. Non surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Skin tightening can be done with a combination of vanquish, venus legacy, exilis, celllutone/Zwave. However for best results, a tummy tuck procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction. Surgical excision is one option which is most costly and will involve scars. Based solely upon the 1 posted photo, without in person examination, I think there might be some fat with excess skin. I might offer liposuction with ? J-Plasma or BodyTite therapies. Total excision of the bra/back rolls leaves permanent scars! Expect fees in the $10,000 ranges because very difficult area to address and results are very limited.
