What is the best procedure for sagging back skin? (Photo)

Question

Hello, I'm 30, I had a liposuction at the age of 19. Today I have excess skin in my back, not fat, apparently from the liposuction scaring, I went to several surgeons and they all confirm it's skin. I'm not fat, or have excess fat anywhere in my body, I work out. One doctor recommended Renuvion to tighten the skin in the back? I want advice on this or which procedure can help this back skin issue as there doesn't seem to be much, thank you.

Thank you for your picture and questions. I think the best thing to treat excess skin is removal. There are tons of "non-invasive" techniques out there but they all seem to fall very short of surgical treatment in terms of outcome and contour. Look into a bra-line back lift. Non surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Skin tightening can be done with a combination of vanquish, venus legacy, exilis, celllutone/Zwave. However for best results, a tummy tuck procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Thanks for your question.Renuvion for laxity of the skin is becoming more common.  The protocols have improved to allow for better results. Surgical excision is one option which is most costly and will involve scars.
