There is no need at all for a private nurse after a BBL, you will be at your home or recovery place and if you wish you can have a physical therapist at ambulatory mode.You will seat and sleep normally, or over your tummy if you do not combined it with tummy tuck, and or in a fetal position. 

I don't think a private nurse is necessary after a BBL.  The recovery is not that difficult, but it would be nice to have someone around to help with running errands and such.  If you have no family or friends available and you can afford a private nurse then i think it would be a great idea.  Just google private nursing in your area to find something.  Your plastic surgeon likely has some contacts as well to give you.  Good Luck
