Ask your surgeon, or their staff, what would be the best course of action for your flight home.  However, at 11 days, you still need to offload as much weight from your buttocks as possible.  A very soft pillow is certainly a good start.  Take care and good luck.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
I recommend my patients to wait at least 10 days before flying back to home, and you should not sit for more than 30 mins. every two hours, for the first 2 weeks, and always with the help of a boppy pillow. If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Every surgeon has carefully designed his own post operative instructions. It makes no sense for you to have your BBL with one surgeon and then follow the advice of others on this or other sites. For your own safety consult with your surgeon before you do anything until he has cleared you.

I think that you have to ask your surgeon for his post-operative care instructions. Each doctor may tell you slightly different things.
