Hello dear! Thanks for the picture and provided information as well.Liposuction and BBL are not a weight loss procedure, but a contouring one. To achieve the best results, and to have the safest surgery, it is best if you reach your goal weight before the procedure(s).In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
You do not necessarily lose weight after a brazilian butt lift. In fact, sometimes you can gain a little weight because of the water retention initially.
Brazilian Butt Lifts are just a liposuction procedure with the suctioned fat being transferred to the buttock. Liposuction is not done for weight loss but for sculpting and shaping the areas of concern. In general your weight will not change after liposuction unless a very large volume of fat is suctioned (multiple liters). Even when large volumes of fat are suctioned it is rare for a patient's weight to drop more than a pound or two.
Your weight should remain very much the same if you simply do a fat transfer to your buttocks. If you have a liposuction and some of the fat is not transferred but simply discarded you may weigh somewhat less. My Best, Dr C

The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into.
Your wishlist photos are certainly useful to help your surgeons understand what you desire. You must be able to work with your surgeon to get as close as possible to these ideals. If you are open to consider multiple stages, it is possible to achieve this look, as you have adequate...
I make myself available to my patients through email at all times so that they can email me with concerns or problems both before and AFTER surgery. I would contact your surgeon to determine what he or she would recommend.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Thank you for your question. It seems like you are doing all the right things to get your wound to heal. This area has a peculiar blood supply that can lead to wound healing problems. Continue with the care that you are doing and discuss this matter further with your surgeon.
About 60% of fat from the transfer is retained and the size will change with your weight just as the rest of your body does. In other words, the fat acts like it was naturally there after the recovery process
