After BBL, is the first place you gain weight & the last place you lose weight your butt? Are you less weight than before?

In a BBL, if the fat transferred to your butt came from the areas that are 'stubborn', then these fat cells have a tendency to absorb/store fat first and release it last.  So if they have been transferred to the butt... yes.  Will you weight less than before?  That has nothing to do with a BBL.  If move fat from the abdomen to the butt, it doesn't weight any less.

Overall weight typically does not change after Brazilian Butt Lift.

After liposuction, the areas treated are not likely to regain fatty fullness, as many fat cells have been removed. These areas have reduced fat storage capacity.
However, if weight gain occurs, the fat will be stored in areas that have not been liposuctioned. This is why you should try to eat healthy and exercise on a regular basis, so you can maintain the results long term.

The more we eat, the less we burn, the more will be stored as fat in ALL fat cells in the body. HOWEVER, the balance between Male and Female hormones (which takes place in each one of us) determines PATTERNS of fat deposition (more along thighs/buttocks in menstruating women) more inside the abdomen in men and older women.As a result, in healthy normal women it is harder to lose the fat in the low back, buttocks, thighs than in other areas while in men it is harder to lose the intraabdominal fat.Your weight after BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) will be determined by YOU and your eating habit and amount of exercise you do.Good LuckPeter A.
