Its been almost 5 weeks since i had rhinoplasty. I asked for my tip to not be raised at all. As soon as i saw myself i knew there was something wrong. It is so high i doubt it will ever drop to how it was before.. Will it drop in the weeks 5-8? Most importantly, will it drop to how it was before? Thank you!!

Answer: Will Your Nasal Tip Drop After Rhinoplasty? I am not certain which photo represents the postoperative picture. If it is the picture on the left, the nasal tip is unlikely to drop and a revision is likely in your future. If the "after" picture is on the right, kudos to your Surgeon because nasal lengthening and de-rotation are not so easy to accomplish.

Answer: 1 month after rhinoplasty, some advices: Thank you very much for enquire. It's too early to make value judgments with only five weeks after a rhinoplasty.Swelling after a rhinoplasty depends of the surgery complexity. In this regard, the nasal swelling Post-op It can last from two weeks to two months. To reduce this swelling, I recommend you perform delicates daily lymphatic drainage massage therapy over the face (around the nose) avoid sun exposure, and take pain/inflamation pills, as your surgeron precribe you.Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
