I would like a second opinion, is it normal for submuscular implants to migrate with arm movement early in recovery? (Photos)

I’m 4 weeks post-op. My right breast is perfectly placed by my sternum for good cleavage. But I noticed my left implant is slightly further away from my sternum, and when I lift my arms up (as if making a “T”) only the left implant moves laterally and up. Is this normal or will it go away? Did I do anything to cause this? Is it permanent? I called my surgeon’s office; they told me they will look at it at my 6 week follow up. I’m worried if I’ll have to have another surgery or something.
