Yes, in general, it is safe to have microneedling done after skin cancer. This is often done for improvement in surgical scar post-skin cancer removal or for general improvement in skin texture or fine lines. Sometimes, PRP (Platelet rich plasma) is added to microneedling. I also often recommend Alastin Skin Nectar with microneedling. It is best to check with your dermatologist for a definitive answer as each situation is special.
