Hi, it is hard to assess without information on how much fat you want to remove or the condition of your skin. Safety and effectiveness varies greatly between patients and facilities. A device that has been around since the 1980s and is virtually unheard of is most likely to offer very little results.I don't think I can say it any better.If the procedure is free and you would like to try it, I doubt it will cost you any long-term damage.In general, any procedure that really works has the ability to cause complications.Anything allowed to be used by the lay public is probably not going to give significant results, if any.I would not invest a significant amount of money or have anything other than low expectations for results.Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
