I am considering getting 6 treatments of laser-like lipo with the Vevazz Vision system. I was told that Vevazz has been around since the 80s, but I can't find any possible long-term effect warnings. Is this process truly safe? I don't want cancer later on just to lose some inches now...

We typically use a skin punch that is 2 mm.As opposed to leaving a linear scar, it leaves a small round spot that looks like a freckle. It is the size of pencil lead or smaller.Unless someone is prone to forming a keloid scars, it's generally a non-issue.Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
The procedures you describe are not associated with developing cancer.More important than anything else is being in the hands of a talented, experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon.Choose carefully.Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
Since the upcoming treatments are not in the same area as your previous surgery, there should be no contraindication. Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
