Are you allowed to use either the LED Facial Mask and/or Dermapen after Sculptra injections? The mask has the following: Red (650 nm) - Blue (463 nm) Green (527 nm) - Purple (425 nm) - Cyan (500 nm) - Light Green (560 nm) - Light Blue (490 nm) The Dermapen: Adjustable from 0.25mm to 2.5mm Thank you for this and response to my other questions much appreciated!

Thank you for your question. There should be no problem with having Sculptra Aesthetic injected 4 months out from your fat transfer and you are far enough out that massaging the areas should not be a problem. As for volume created by Sculptra, there is variability person to person. In general,...
Sculptra takes many weeks to cause any volume increase. See your treating physician right away for advice. Don't do anything else without sound medical advice from someone who sees you up close.
It is not clear to me whether these are nodules or granulomas and I think there is even confusion among doctors. Nodules are collections of filler which are neither tender or red. They are usually due to injection error - too much in the area. Granulomas are inflammatory nodules - red, tender....
