Large hard lump on the inside of nose on one side 8 months after Rhinoplasty. What should I do?

Ever since the cast was removed I have had one side of my nose that was harder and makes my nose appear crooked. The on that side also looks different. My PS gave me several steroid shots on that side, which helped but it's not going away completely and is still messing with the appearance and feel of my nose.

I do not think that there is anything wrong with your face. Cosmetic surgery is the alteration of normal form into one which is more acceptable to the patient. Plastic surgeons are guided by their experience regarding how a change, small or big, may suit your face. Your chin could be made bigger...

Some patients are at high risk for having clots in their legs, etc after surgical procedures.  In such patients, anticoagulants are prescribed to prevent this.Simply call your MD and ask him/her.
