I need a lift but my last consult dr said scars wouldn't be worth it due to the way my skin heals. So I'm just wondering will J-Plasma work on breasts?
Answer: Breast lifting with J Plasma On this type of breast you need lift and potentially an implant or some suture support for structure. J plasma will not lift the amount you need, but yes it does work to help give tightening but not a lift when you need a surgical lift. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Renuvion for Breast Skin Tightening Yes Renuvion/J Plasma can help produce a minimally invasive breast lift without the scar burden of traditional breast lifts. However, it must be used in the proper patient with only mild to moderate lifting required. In patients with grade III breast ptosis (nipple at the bottom of the breast), it would be unlikely to produce a result that the surgeon and patient are satisfied with. I recommend a consultation with someone who is experienced in using Renuvion for skin tightening and has experience with both Renuvion and a traditional breast lift.

The simple answer to your question is "yes"; however, the follow up (aesthetic) question should be "how much?" or "enough to make me happy?"Your pictures shows large pendulous breasts(heavy) but to balance that your skin quality is good(excellent) youthful skin.You will get a lift, but exactly how much is difficult(impossible) to predict at this time. Perhaps you can work something out with your surgeon to try J Plasma/Renuvion but if the result is not satisfactory some credit can be had for a formal lift.I have been happy with JP/R's results on my breast patients, however, in your case your expectations must be very clear in order to decide in which direction to proceed.

There is very limited experience in using it for performing a breast lift. The ideal candidate will have a cup size less than a D without too much ptosis (drooping) of the breast. At a recent webinar of Renuvion users, Dr. Diane Duncan suggested combining Renuvion with BodyTite to achieve the optimal results. Dr. Duncan has extensive experience performing breast lifts with energy based devices. Nonetheless, I suspect your breast size may be too large for this particular procedure.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore
