Inner gluteal fold looks ugly and bumpy after BBL. What are my options? (photos)

I had BBL 3 months ago. And absolutely unhappy with results. Plastic surgeon inserted too much fat on inner lower part of buttocks. Now my butt looks so ugly and square . And sitting uncomfortable, i feel bumps in that area. What it can be done with this?

I would like to remind you that it takes at least 6-8 months for result of fat transfer to settle. In average, patient will lose around 50% of volume of  injected fat.  It means that your buttock volume will continue to decrease in size including the areas that you do not like. You have to understand that your buttock shape is defined by shape of your bones, muscles and, to a certain degree, fat deposits. Shaping fat (liposuction, fat graft augmentation) can change your buttocks shape only to a limited degree. 
Once your result is stable it would be possible to improve desired areas with combination of liposuction/fat grafting; nothing should be done for at least 1 year after surgery. Good luck.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation and irregularities are normal.

Your buttocks looks but like it did before, but now with more fat. The inner lower aspect was squared to start with. Your waist is improved in contour. Not much your plastic surgeon could have done except to not put fat there, and then you would be complaining that it looked droopy and didn’t match the rest of your buttocks. You are still early in recovery. Give it some time to improve. And share your concerns with your plastic surgeon.

I disagree with your assessment.  The fullness in your inner gluteal fold was present in your before pictures. It is accentuated with the added volume not because your doctor put fat in the area but rather because the overall volume pushed the two gluteal cheeks together.  Dr. Mendieta in Miami has best describes this.  He describes this as the "dirty diaper look". His suggestion for correcting this is a skin resection refers to as the Miami thong lift. I suppose in a perfect world your doctor would've brought this up before the procedure.  I seriously doubt any plastic surgeon would purposely put fat in this area to accentuate volume creating a worsened dirty diaper look. Considering where you were before the procedure you result is not bad and you should be content.  If I were to be critical of the results I would say the liposuction part could've been done a little more aggressively in the lower love handles getting a better transition from the upper buttocks to the waist.  Otherwise the results are good  I'm not standing up for anyone.
