I mean if you had not got BBL and you work out would it take longer to grow your butt them if you had bbl? Does this make sense?
Answer: Can you grow your butt quicker with exercise after BBL? The great thing about this surgery is that the transformation that occurs in a couple of hours in the operating room trumps any period of time in the gym. Having said that, lunges, squats, and other exercises that cause hypertrophy of the gluteus muscles will help the result. Squats and lunges after a BBL will only increase muscle bulk and definition which is probably a good thing in most women looking to achieve a more projected, lifted buttock. However, just make sure that the body fat percentage is held in check or you will lose some of the fat. And do not overdo it in the gym at first; gradually build up to what you were able to do before the BBL. Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Los Angeles, CA

Answer: Can you grow your butt quicker with exercise after BBL? Theoretically you could "grow" your butt with exercise easier after a BBL because there would be more soft tissue volume overlying the muscle. As you workout (weights/squats - no cardio - you do not want to lose any weight) , the muscle will enlarge pushing that soft tissue out further.

Answer: BBL Candidacy With surgery, you will have instant results faster than you could have with exercise. With that being said, the combination of the two can really give you great results and help your recovery. It is more important to find a skilled board certified plastic surgeon trained on this procedure. If you are a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), the optimal outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD,FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
