I had a BBL at the end of April (just about 4 weeks ago) and I’ve had this indent since straight out of surgery. It looks like my surgeon only placed fat at the top of my butt (the fat at the bottom I had naturally before surgery) and I’m worried that this will be permanent. When my butt softens will it drop into the indent and fill it? I’ve attached photos of me from a few days post op and then from 3 weeks post op.
