4 weeks post-op there is a large indent. Will I need a revision? (photos)

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a BBL surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides  you will be able to see the final result of your surgery.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

It is only 4 weeks post op ! You need to be patient until that the result will be stable to see if there is any top up to be done

It is hard for us to give advice without knowing what your butt looked like pre-op. What I will say is that things tend to smooth out and settle in over the first 6 months after surgery and things will look different. I can't say whether the indentation will smooth out completely but it will improve from what it looks like right now. 

you are still a bit early is in recovery but four weeks is probably enough time to get some idea of what your results are going to be.  I typically tell people to start looking in the mirror around six weeks. My experience has been people were not happy at six weeks will not be happy with their final results.  Your results are somewhat atypical. It would be very helpful to see pre-op pictures.  Your appearance reminds me a bit of the look of someone who has had gluteal implants that have been taken out.  Follow up with your surgeon.
