If you are otherwise healthy, you should be fine to get a BBL. The only concern would be pain control since you have a history of dependency and take suboxone. Make sure you have a good plan and remember your overall healthy is more important. You don't want to put yourself at risk for a relapse.
there are a few different issues. You're probably aware of most of them. The anesthesiologist should definitely know. If your surgeon a Places sufficient amounts of tumescent solution during the surgery then you will not have pain in the recovery room. From there on ibuprofen is most likely sufficient. You can also bump up your dose of Suboxone for postoperative pain control. It's important all physicians involved will recognize that opiates will not work while taking Suboxone. Theoretically you could "grow" your butt with exercise easier after a BBL because there would be more soft tissue volume overlying the muscle. As you workout (weights/squats - no cardio - you do not want to lose any weight) , the muscle will enlarge pushing that soft tissue out further.
