You will need to allow for the scar to fully mature before making an assessment as to how it healed.  On average, it may take a year for the scar to fully mature.  Trichophytic scar closures will even allow for hair to grow through the scar, allowing for further camouflaging of the scar.  If after a year, you are still concerned with its appearance, measures can be taken at that point to allow for further camouflaging of the scar.  

Strip scar will always show if you keep your hair very short. If you are concerned you can consider SMP but the scar may still be somewhat visible (if you keep you hair very short).

Unfortunately FUT scars are unpredictable, and sometimes scars like yours occur.  If it does not improve, there is a chance that by you could break the scar up by having FUE grafts placed into the scar. 

It is too early for the final result of the FUT-strip surgery. The wound healing looks normal at 4 weeks and you need to be patient about the final result 10-12 months after the surgery. Scar massage is a great option for helping the wound healing process. If you have any questions you need to contact your surgeon.

yes, it will get better as time passes. Scar tissue gets mature and redness fade away and normal skin color get back within a couple of months .Silicon gels may help to decrease the scar tissue mass .If you still complain about the scar than it will be better to transplant enough number of hair follicle in to the scar with FUE technique.

Scars tend to get worse the first 4-6 weeks after a procedure, then enter a maturation phase and improve over the next 6-12 months.  An over-the-counter scar gel will likely do no harm at this point and seem to help for some people.

Your scar may improve in the next two month. You may not even notice it when it is covered by your hair. If it is still bothering you at that time, you may consider scalp micropigmentation .
