arsalanahmad,I would recommend that you discussed with your hair surgeon and physician in charge of your care. While these medications can cause thinning, if you require them to be able to function, then that might have have a favorable risk/benefit. I do not have enough information to advise.
As long as you are taking these medications as prescribed by a physician and are not taking any post operative meds that could interact with the Adderall it should be fine to restart your ADHD regimen.
I always suggest that you go back and speak with your doctor about any medications you believe you should be taking

It is true that both options exist. However, I believe that from personal experience a hair transplant would be more successful. If a transplant is done, the graft should not be packed too densely and several sessions would be preferred, providing their is adequate donor.
