Greetings, I have done Hair transplant surgery, the next day I had necrosis in large area. It took time to peel off and heal, and now its scar tissue with no hair. I was told by plastic surgeon that two options are available for treatment, several skin excisions sessions (5 times) or skin expansion using balloon (which I wish to avoid), he mentioned that hair transplant on the same area could cause a necrosis and advised me to avoid. I appreciate your advice on what would be the best option?
