Can a Hair Grafts Come Loose after 3 day of Hair Transplant. I gently washed my transplanted area, advice?

I used the technique that the doctor told me to use which is to gently dab not rub the transplanted area, I was being Super gentle when I was applying the shampoo to my transplanted area, When I was done I grab a napkin and gently dabbed dry the transplant area, When I started to look really close in the mirror I noticed that a few of the grafts seem to be coming out. they are still in my head but I can see like half the follicle. It look like half in and half out. is this normal?

Greetings, Please see below for a possible solution. 
Washing your hair after a hair transplantation is an important step for restoration.  We usually have our patients start spraying hair with lactated ringers with liposomal ATP as well as other growth factors twice a day to help your hair process start ASAP.  Actual hair washing usually takes place several days after the procedure.  There are several advantages to this approach:

You may lose one or two grafts for every 1000 grafts by chance.  If you have issues it is best to contact your doctor.

Yes a graft can come out after 3 days. It happens even when you are careful but the loss of a single grafts is never significant
