Please remember mind that Brazilian butt lift is quite an invasive procedure. It involves transplantation of millions of fat cells in different tissue planes, and a lot of cannula to-and-fro movement. Bearing this in mind, slightly asymmetrical swelling respectively asymmetrical resolution of swelling is totally normal and to be expected. Most patients don't even notice that or just don't mind it, since they enjoy they overall drastic body change achieved. I would recommend you to do the same. I usually have a close look after 3 months and see if little adjustments maybe helpful or not. 6 weeks is just too early for that.Just to put your mind at ease.

Too early to judge on the final result. You are still at the healing stage. The area in your lower back will be still bruised and swollen and this will take 8-12 weeks to settle. Wear your garment and keep your follow up with your surgeon.You have to give your body at least 12 weeks to start seeing results and final results can take 3-6 months depending the way your body heals

Hi thanks for posting. Your complaints are noticeable in the photo. You will have some swelling that persists for 10-12 weeks, and you will have some resorption of fat over a few months. These processes can lead to some asymmetry that may resolve over time. The best thing to do right now is to follow up with your surgeon, follow their instructions, and await a more final result in another 4-6 weeks.
