You may still have some bruising. If it persists, I recommend following up with your injector. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. Best, Dr. Emer

Hello and thank you for your question.  Your tear troughs look nicely done.  You still have a very small amount of hollowness remaining, but that requires a little more product to be injected.  You do not have any bruises and you certainly do not have more dark circles.  I advise you see the doctor who injected you and discuss your next options.  Hope this helps.  Best, Dr.Avaliani.

Thanks for sharing your question and photos. Honestly, I do not appreciate any bruising or swelling on the photos you have uploaded. Common problems after filler injection to the tear troughs include undercorrection/overcorrection, Tyndall (bluish discoloration), bruising, and swelling. I recommend you followup with your injector to discuss your concerns. Good luck.

Hi and thanks for your question. It is difficult to assess  your face without seeing the before pictures as I do not see an obvious bruise or discolouration .Bruise under the eye can sometimes last very long I would suggest you to wait another 1-2 weeks and if getting worse see your injector . Sometimes injection very superficially can make a Blue discolouration due to shadowing of the filler . If you are not happy with the result they can dissolve it with the hyaloronidase.
