You may still have some bruising. If it persists, I recommend following up with your injector. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. Best, Dr. Emer

Hello and thank you for your question.  Your tear troughs look nicely done.  You still have a very small amount of hollowness remaining, but that requires a little more product to be injected.  You do not have any bruises and you certainly do not have more dark circles.  I advise you see the doctor who injected you and discuss your next options.  Hope this helps.  Best, Dr.Avaliani.

Either you were under treated in terms of volume of filler, needing 1 syringe per side. Or the HA filler used was not the correct one. Regular Restylane is not for tear troughs. Most injecting docs use Restylane Silk, Belotero-Balance or Juvederm VolBella. Best to either return for more volume or seek other opinions from other expert injectors... Also appears as a Tyndall effect is occurring. Might recommend external non ablative specific laser therapies.
