Hi and thanks for your question. It depends on the amount by of the volume loss. I usually start with 1 syringe of Redensity 2 and reassess my client in 2 weeks . Most of my clients need 2 syringes. This treatment should be done by an expert physician as there is higher risk of making lumps or be able to see the filler through the skin(Tyndal effect) if injected superficially.

I would recommend no filler under the eye. Use PRP (platelet rich plasma) = better first step and fixing that area. If you were going to do filler, only Restylane and no more than 1 syringe for both eyes. Good luck.
