I have stubborn fat in my upper arms & lower abdomen. I have been working out for over 10 years, and am very active (5-6 times a week work out) & decent with my diet as well but this excess skin doesn't go away - no matter how much i try resistance training, HIIT etc. I may think of starting a family within a year, so I'm not sure how to plan the treatments - would it be best to wait until after i have my baby? I'm scared of the fat coming back in a revengeful fashion - so don't want to risk it!
Answer: Best body contouring options for you It is difficult to tell from your photo if CoolSculpting would provide the best result for you. If the problem is primarily stubborn fat, a nonsurgical method of body contouring like CoolSculpting might work well. Liposculpture is another option for this area if there is too much fat to get a satisfactory result from CoolSculpting alone. CoolSculpting has been proven to eliminate about 25% of the fat in an area with a single treatment. If skin laxity is also a concern, you may need to add a nonsurgical skin tightening treatment like ThermiTight to firm up the area. Lasers can be effective on stretch marks. However, you may see more appear after your pregnancy so you might want to wait on this treatment until after you have your baby. Make sure both of these treatments are performed by an experienced, board-certified dermatologist to ensure an optimal outcome.

Answer: Coolsculpting Hi grace8901 An easy and nonsurgical way to reduce fat, CoolSculpting is a fat cell diminishing treatment created to reshape the body by freezing unwanted fat cells without resorting to more invasive procedures. The technique employs the application of regulated cooling, also known as cryolipolysis, to freeze fat cells so they may be naturally eliminated from your body to create a thinner silhouette. Answer: Coolsculpting and Fractional Laser It is hard to determine if someone is the proper candidate for Coolsculpting through photographs due to the patient needing good elasticity and excess tissue not just skin. Just having loose skin with no excess tissue and being treated with Coolsculpting can occationally create more loose skin. What I would recommend is to schedule a consultation and allow the technician/doctor do a proper examanation to determine if you are the proper candidate. If not there are other options out there that might work best for you! As far as the stretch marks go, Fractional laser if a fabulous treatment for reducing the appearance of stretch marks. Three (sometimes more) treatments are required for an optimal result. These treatments are spaced four weeks apart. I hope this was helpful!

Answer: Coolsculpting Coolsculpting uses a non-invasive vacuum applicator that draws in the skin and underlying subcutaneous fat. It is effective in reducing fat bulges/pockets in the abdomen, hips/arms. The body will continue naturally to process the injured fat cells for approx 4 months after. It is perfect for you because you maintain a healthy lifestyle but just can't get rid of specific areas of concern. Do visit a trusted practitioner in your area to see if you are a good candidate for the procedure.

Answer: Addressing extra fat and loose skin Once a person gains a lot of weight, even despite the fact that they may lose all of that extra weight, their skin will still be in excess, just like a dress that was once made for a larger person will not fit the smaller person well. It will require tailoring. In your case CoolSculpting is not going to do the job well enough and may wind up costing you thousands more. I would recommend finding a plastic surgeon with a good reputation and have liposuction of both, your arms and your tummy. Additional procedures such as J-plasma should help with tissue and skin tightening. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
