Can I have CoolSculpting after a heart attack, stents and while I am on blood thinners?

I had a heart attack in Nov 2019 and I had 4 stents placed. I am on blood thinners.

Generally speaking coolsculpting was studied on healthy well patients with no recent medical issues. With that being said your cardiologist would have to clear you prior to any treatment. Secondly, in rare cases people sometimes get light headed during treatment or faint and although not common at all this may not be a good situation to be in with your heart history. I would personally have you wait at least a year or longer. Of course being on coumadin as well could give you bruising or risks that otherwise are not present when not on that medication.

You potentially could have a CoolSculpting treatment after a heart attack in November of 2019 with placement of stents and while on blood thinners, but I would want to clear this with your cardiologist first to be on the safe side.  If you are in good health now, I would not think there should be a problem though.
