Chin fillers are normally placed above this area, so the two treatments should not affect one another.  Therefore, in my opinion, a filler to the chin could be done anytime after a CoolSculpting treatment under the chin.

There is no definitive timeline. It depends whether the treated areas overlap. If they do I would prefer to wait at least 6-7 weeks so that the coolsculpting effects become evident and the placement of chin filler becomes more efficient.
