Hello,You will not have to wear any sort of compression garment after having a CoolSculpting procedure. CoolSculpting is a non-invasive, fat freezing procedure that requires little to no downtime. Most patients find themselves resuming regular daily activity that same day.
Hi, thanks for your question. Compression garments are not necessary following your CoolSculpting procedure. They will not work to improve your CoolSculpting results, and because CoolSculpting is non-surgical and non-invasive there is no recovery with which compression garments might be useful. Be sure to consult with a CoolSculpting provider at a certified CoolSculpting practice in order to ensure that this is the correct procedure for you and to be sure that the most experienced provider is performing the treatment.
I do not require a compression garment after CoolSculpting treatments. However, if wearing one makes you comfortable during exercise, there is no reason not to do so. Make sure your CoolSculpting treatment is performed by a board-certified dermatologist who has had extensive training in this treatment. Proper placement of the applicators makes all the difference in the quality of your results. Good luck!

Each physician may have their own preference for aftercare following a CoolSculpting procedure. I do not have my patients wear a compression garment after CoolSculpting, whether they are exercising or not.

Wearing a compression garment will not be necessary as long as you feel comfortable doing that. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures.
You do not need to wear compression garments after having the CoolSculpting procedure done. The great thing about CoolSculpting is that there is minimal to no down-time. Hope this helps!

Shingles is not a contraindication of CoolSculpting and you should be okay getting this procedure done again. Make sure you contact a board-certified physician or other experienced practitioners for safe and effective results.
This may refer to the swelling that may be possible on the treatment area together with bruising and tenderness but this is generally very temporary. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures.
