After getting a CoolSculpting procedure, do you still wear a compression garment while you exercise?

You will not have to wear any sort of compression garment after having a CoolSculpting procedure. CoolSculpting is a non-invasive, fat freezing procedure that requires little to no downtime. Most patients find themselves resuming regular daily activity that same day.

They will not work to improve your CoolSculpting results, and because CoolSculpting is non-surgical and non-invasive there is no recovery with which compression garments might be useful. Be sure to consult with a CoolSculpting provider at a certified CoolSculpting practice in order to ensure that this is the correct procedure for you and to be sure that the most experienced provider is performing the treatment.

I do not require a compression garment after CoolSculpting treatments. However, if wearing one makes you comfortable during exercise, there is no reason not to do so. Make sure your CoolSculpting treatment is performed by a board-certified dermatologist who has had extensive training in this treatment.
