I'm 10 days post-op so i know there's a lot going on now, but I'm stressed as an out of country patient, I went to a well known, great reviewed Dr, yet the aftercare is sub par. My questions aren't being answered. One cheek looks like a cone shape. Underneath, at the crease is a circle 8cm diameter that's completely flat, & above the 'point' is another large flat spot. This cheek is considerably smaller than the other, which is rounder and fuller. Will this even out? Thanks.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

You're only a week and a half out of surgery. There is swelling to account for, not to mention areas of bruising and irregularities caused by both. Give it time and be sure to attend your regular follow up visits.
