I'm a bikini competitor and also a personal trainer. I will like to get implants for my butt but When I get ready lean for shows my body fat can get so low as 7% and I don't want the implants to show. I've seen a couple bikini competitors with butt implants and it looks horrible, Maybe was because that Doctor didn't positioned those implants correctly? Does that always happen? Also I had a Lipo and fat transfer to my butt like about 3 years ago and I almost don't have any fat left.

Answer: Buttock implants competitors Once again, your experience reflects my opinion concerning fat transfer to larger anatomical areas such as the buttocks: fat transfer is undependable and, in my hands at least, buttock implants ensure a more natural, long-lasting result. In person such as yourself with very low body fat buttock implants are best placed beneath the buttock muscles so as to make certain there are is the greatest amount of soft tissue over the implant to help make the result feel and look most natural and also that when the buttock is flexed that the muscle action appears most natural.

Answer: Buttock Implant The most important part to consider in athletes requiring buttock implant is to evaluate the amount of soft tissue coverage, the dimensions of the gluteus maximus muscle. Then choose an implant of appropriate dimensions and volume so that it is covered completely. The larger the implant the more chance you will see the edges specially with strong muscle contractions.
