Which butt implant manufacturer would you suggest, Implantech, Spectrum, or AART? (Photo)

Question

Butt dimensions were measured already by a professional on a consult which was 13x19....I have no desire for an oval implant only round so which would be the best manufactuer to go with using my measurement for a round implant that would give me the most and the best coverage ..Implant will be placed intramuscular...My desire is fullness, projection, and roundness, and to look as natural as possible ..My height is 6 ft my wght is 160 and goes btwn 160 and 175

Based purely upon your measuements, an oval implant is much more likely to meet your desires for a full natural contoured buttock. A round implants will have a definite starting and end point step-off 2/3rds to 3/4ers the way down your buttock cheek...this is a obvious give-away to an implant being present. Most patients fear oval implants because of the 20% or so rotation risk. However, I developed a new patented oval implant that avoids this risk but still gives the harmonious perky derrière all patients want. Glad to help. P.S. A 350 cc implant is not large at all for someone of your dimensions. I have used significantly larger implants with 98% success.

Many patient dont want an oval implant because they feel it wont give them the projection they want. However, the oval implants at AART come in may different sizes and projection. You can find a shaped buttock implant that will give the legnth you need with the projection you desire.  Be sure that you seek out a board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience in buttock implants.

With an intramuscular buttock implant be aware that getting an implant bigger than 350cc in size is very difficult and ill-advised. The best body implant manufacturer is Implantech as they have a proprietary coating in their implants that provides greater durability and less risk of implant fracture.
