Could I be bottoming out?

Question

Left breast, inner cleavage, towards the bottom, is having some shooting pains. If I apply pressure to the area it hurts as well. Is this normal ? The right breast feels normal. Aside from the soreness near the incision. I have 375cc, silicone memory gel in the left. Under the muscle, and incision under the breast.

Thank you for your question and photograph.  It does not appear from your picture that you are bottoming out and many of your symptoms are normal based on a breast augmentation.  Maintain close follow up with your surgeon to ensure an uneventful recovery.

It appears from your photo you are very early on in the healing phase. From the photo you have posted everything seems to be healing normally and it does not appear you are bottoming out. If you are concerned you should see your surgeon. Regards,

Hello,Thank you for your question and photo. It would be helpful to know how long ago your surgery was. Pain at the incision sites is common shortly after surgery due to the deep sutures in place there. This will typically resolve over the first month and can feel more severe on one side than the other.  It is best if you have new or concerning changes to contact your Plastic Surgeon and let them advise you.All the best

From your photos it appears that your surgery was in the last 3 weeks. If so the discomfort is normal. Also the appearance of your breasts is the opposite of bottoming out.  Remember your surgeon is your best source of information. Regards.
