How big can you get your booty during a BBL?

In total, surgeons may safely remove up to 4-5 liters of fat during VASER liposuction while carefully sculpturing the patient’s body to ensure optimal aesthetics. When the lipoaspirate surpasses the 5 Liters, patients are admitted overnight in the hospital (except in states such as Florida and New York, where the maximum liposuction aspirate that can be taken out are respectively 4 and 5 Liters). After the purification process, only 500cc to 1500cc of that fat will be injected into each buttock. The volume of fat that can be safely injected into the hips and buttocks varies from patient to patient, and it will depend on the patient's anatomy and cosmetic goals. It would also depend on the amount of fat that can be harvested. An experienced plastic surgeon would need to evaluate you in person to assess your candidacy for Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and decide how much fat volume can be safely grafted to achieve a fuller, beautifully rounded derriere. That would be difficult to answer without an exam or photos.  I routinely remove 5 liters and transfer 1500 cc or more per buttock. About 50% of the fat survives.   Therefore, at least 800 cc needs to be transferred to give a noticeable difference.  For more impressive results, you may want to consider 1200 cc or 1500 cc.  Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of BBLs and liposuction procedures each year.
