I am getting a BBL with Lipo360
Answer: Buttock/hip shape change with fat grafting Bones and muscles of the pelvis are framework of buttock/hip shape. Addition of fat grafts into subcutaneous tissue will change shape/size of buttocks and hips to a certain degree; however, it is not possible to give every patient shape and size she/he may desire. In your case, enlargement of the hips and buttock projection will work well with your underlying structures. Have in mind that experienced, board certified plastic surgeon deals with reality of anatomy and given technique, what is different from a patient who may put a lot of dreams in their expectations. Discuss these issues with your surgeon before surgery, please. Good luck.

Answer: BBL and TT candidate Dear Msfisher25, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL and TT. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: With my frame, what shape would give me the best results? Hips vs Lats and Shelf vs Slope? Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: Nomenclature I’m not familiar with your nomenclature. Based on your pictures your most impressive results will come from a full tummy tuck. In regards to BBL I would personally recommend augmenting the lateral buttocks and hips. A BBL is not a mold we press people into but it’s a procedure that we use to modify someone’s existing shape and typically augment areas that are missing and remove tissue in areas were removing fat, skin etc. make some more desirable appearance. Generally the goal is to create smooth continuous accentuated S curves from the back of the torso down along the mid thigh sweeping around two and anterior lateral projection. And ideal female figure changes from an S-curve on the back to a different contour on the front. Typically the goal of a BBL is to enhance the S-curve, accentuated and to some degree create a flat abdomen. In your case there are skin laxity and muscle separation issues combined with possible visceral fat that will limit the results from liposuction alone on the front of your abdomen. I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons to get a more accurate assessment and better understanding of what can or can’t be accomplished.
