After getting Lipo in your abs and a BBL will your clothes size change any?

Much of the answer to this question will depend upon how dramatic a change you want.  If you want a dramatic change, you may be doing some shopping.  The weight generally remains very similar.  Size changes are very difficult to predict as the waist will be much smaller and the buttock will be larger.  This will also depend upon the cut of clothes you are accustomed to wearing. Another factor is how much is liposuctioned and from where.  It is possible to go down quite a bit in waist size.  Find a board certified plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of BBLs and lipos each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.  Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

It is likely that your clothes will fit differently. I would wait 4-6 months before making any serious wardrobe changes to allow for the swelling to subside.

The answer to your question is yes, no, maybe.
My practice is devoted exclusively to liposuction and fat transfer procedures.
I never go over inches, pounds for clothing size because patients are often highly disappointed when they don't see changes in these numbers.
Results from liposuction with or without fat transfer should be based on the overall look for visual aesthetics.
In general patients who expect to see differences in inches, pounds or weight are disappointed from liposuction.
Some people will see no change in clothing size at all but be thrilled with the results while others will have a drastic change in body proportions
There is no yes or no answer to your question.
