Much of the answer to this question will depend upon how dramatic a change you want. If you want a dramatic change, you may be doing some shopping. The weight generally remains very similar. Size changes are very difficult to predict as the waist will be much smaller and the buttock will be larger. This will also depend upon the cut of clothes you are accustomed to wearing. Another factor is how much is liposuctioned and from where. It is possible to go down quite a bit in waist size. Find a board certified plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of BBLs and lipos each year.
