   I think that with liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back and fat transfer to the buttocks you can have a nice result.  The liposuction will not improve the skin on the abdomen, and the tummy tuck will help that in the future.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

If you gain some weight before your BBL you will have a better result. You can do the BBL first, then six to nine months later can do a tummy tuck as you will likely have some loose, excess skin of your abdomen. Watch this video which answers this exact question.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

buttocks first as this guarantees more fat to be transferred than when it is
combined with another procedure . As a surgeon is only allowed to take only
about 1000cc of fat in a combo procedure instead of 4000cc in a single

If you aren't certain if you want another baby, then it is best to hold off on the tummy tuck. As long as you are realistic about your results, you could get a BBL. It appears from the pictures that you have some excess fat of the love handles and possibly the upper back. There is also some fat in your saddle bag area and a small amount in your inner thighs. The liposuction alone will help to give you the look of more projection. If you got liposuction of your abdomen, it would leave you with some loose skin as you already have loose skin an stretch marks. The liposuction would accentuate both. BUT you can have a TT in the future to fix that.
