6 months should be an adequate amount of time to heal from an uncomplicated surgery.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. I would recommend waiting six months between surgeries, but remember that all depends on your health and lab tests.l suggest you make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
You can have the BBL after 3 months, because the main risk is the increased risk of blood clots because of the 2 general anesthetics
I think that if you have healed well and it has been 6 months it should be OK to have a BBL. Best to just check with your ob-gyn and your plastic surgeon.
You should likely be fine to undergo BBL this far along after hysterectomy. Make sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon to help you make important decisions.
Based on your photos you are not a good candidate for a BBL. You do not have enough fat to transfer - I would not recommend gaining weight for this procedure either as gained weight dispurses all over the body not to just one area.
Your swelling should be gone at this point. You should see your plastic surgeon for an in person exam. Best of luck.
Thank you for your question, all surgeons have different labwork that is needed to be cleared for the surgery, besides hemoglobin we check hepatitis, HIV, cholesterol, blood sugar levels, kidney and liver functions, EKG, among others. It's best if you talk to your doctor about what is required...
This can be tricky as skin and tissue distensibility as well as intrinsic anatomy may preclude any further improvement in shape or dimension with revisional attempts.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
