Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your results. You could definitely do a revision whether you want to go through your plastic surgeon again is up to you however, it will cost you to have another BBL done. Speak with your plastic surgeon regarding your concerns and or seek a second opinion in person.

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL revision, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

In answering questions on RealSelf I am amazed by the number of inquiries about fat injections  to the buttocks. I have carried out these operations and the basic problems are that about 40% of the fat is resorbed, or goes away; there can be significant problems with complications, as you have found; and frequently the results are not the greatest. So I am not nearly as enthusiastic about this operation as some of the surgeons that reply to inquiries such as yoursI do not know how much fat was transferred and I cannot see the indentations that you mention. Your options are to have the  fat injections redone, to have buttock implants, or to live with your trunk as it is. You seem to have enough fat of your abdomen to have the injections repeated, and you may want to discuss this with your surgeon.
