I'm currently 10 weeks post tummy tuck & lipo. I'm looking to adopt a keto diet which is high-fat, high-protein, low carb diet. The daily caloric ratios are roughly 70% fat, 25% protein, 5% carbs. I've heard that it can be easier to gain fat back post-lipo. So, I'm wondering... is this a safe diet to undertake in my circumstances? Do I run a risk of the fat cells coming back easier if I adopt such a diet?

Any compression device should be able to give you firm, uniform compression without causing indentation. But more importantly, be sure that the garment is not putting pressure on the scars themselves causing irritation
