Had my flanks & Lower abs done. I see ABSOLUTELY no change. Did the doctor take out too little?

What temporary effect your garment has on the buttocks will have no effect on the long-term outcome. At your pointing convalescence there still swelling which can fluctuate in response to the pressure generated by the garment.

It is never safe to take ecstasy.  Period.  Please advise your plastic surgeon of your decision so they can decide if/how to proceed with your surgery.

I personally don't think liposuction is a place to start. For health reasons you should begin a weight reduction regimen. Surgery is available but this is something that should be used as a last resort.

I have posted about this before.  especially if you underwent general anesthesia (which is why i do my liposuciton under tumescent) this can take a few weeks to a few months to resolve. it is a rare but more common than you think body reaction to liposuction surgery.  if it lasts more...

If you were my patient, I would prefer you to stay in town for a week following surgery.  That way, should there be any early complications, you are close-by and we can see you right away.  Good luck!
