Is 650 cc's removed via liposuction enough to make a difference in a 5'10'' 177 female?

Had my flanks & Lower abs done. I see ABSOLUTELY no change. Did the doctor take out too little?

For someone that is 177 lbs I would expect that there would be several thousand cc's of fat to be removed, but it would depend on your fat distribution.  650 cc does not seem like a lot.

The difference you will see with 650cc of liposuction depends to a large extent on your pre-existing fat layer.  In a very heavy person this diffference would likely be subtle but in a thin patient seeking fine definition, there could be fairly big change.
