6 weeks post BBL. How will the new fat in my butt behave?

Before I had surgery if I gained weight it always went to my stomach first and butt last. When I lost weight it came straight from my butt first & stomach last. Now that I've had the most stubborn fat in my stomach placed in my butt does this mean the fat will behave in the same way if I lose or gain weight?? I had to gain weight for surgery (pre 5'6 166lbs) but now I'd like to lose some of that weight,10lbs or so. How much of that weight (fat)will come from my butt ?? Will it get even smaller ?

Thank you very much for your question.Although there is not enough research in this field to give you an evidence-based answer, it is correct to assume that when you transplant a tissue, from one side to another of the same organism, that tissue will maintain its original biological behaviour. If what is written above is correct, your transferred fat from the stomach will resist longer to diet then the buttock one.The truth is that time will tell and I am sure your surgeon will provide all the assistance you need during your follow up.Good luck with your recovery.
