3 weeks after liposuction on inner thighs and back. I am still unable to sleep. Bruising is gone, I feel great but can't sleep

I feel great no more brusing still feel a bit tired during the day but its really stressful that I can't sleep

The risk of any major spinal injury from buffalo hump liposuction is nilch!  It is the only thing that helps them and is so worth it.  Your doc has to use the PAL  power assisted canulas to break up all the fibrous tissue .

Tegaderm will seal the wounds so I would be careful using that. You want those wounds to drain.  Once they are dry tegaderm might be a good idea.

Pita4435.   Recovery from liposuction of just one area is not too difficult and you should be able to carry your toddler a week after the surgery. However discuss all aspects of recovery with your board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

At 6 weeks out you certainly still have swelling, and from your photos you can see how the swelling improves every week.    In my opinion, time is the only thing that is going to make it better.   You can wear as much compression as you want, but I do not believe it will change...
