I have never heard of making breasts smaller with injections and would not recommend injecting anything into your breasts that isn't FDA approved as this can lead to a lot more problems or breast loss in the future. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any injection available that can decrease breast size. The only ways I know of accomplishing this are either through diet and exercise to lose weight overall (thus also decreasing breast size) or having breast reduction surgery.
