Thanks for your question. Given the description of your breasts, you might be a good candidate for a breast lift. To see what options would work best for you, it is important to meet with a PS for examination. Parental consent is needed if you choose to undergo surgical procedure. Always be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. All the best,Dr. JSB
The only effective and safe way to address sagging is with a surgical breast lift. This would reshape the breasts to give you a perkier, firmer contour.
There are different degrees and criteria for sagging breasts. There can be a volume deficiency or an issue with skin laxity and excess or both. There are also different treatment option for varying degrees of ptosis, or sagging breasts. A phyical exam is needed to best determine what options would work best for you. If a surgical option is considered, you would need to be 18, or have parental consent. Do your research and be knowledgeable about all techniques and options. Best of luck in your quest.
Hi... thank you for the question... If you have "saggy" skin.. what is call in Plastic Surgery Breast Ptosis... and this is correct with mastopexy or breast lift.. after you are 18 years old or a parenteral consent
Hello pprincess. If you're saggy, you may need to have a breast lift. To perk them up, you may need a breast implant, which will also increase your breast cup size. Some people who are "saggy" may truly not be saggy and have only partial gland pstosis. See a plastic surgeon about what they recommend after you're examined. Best, Dr. ALDO.
Best for you and a parent to see a few boarded Plastic Surgeons in person. Than after an examination you can be informed of all your options. Seek the PSs on ASPS website.
I would recommend considering what it means to have "perky" breasts. To some extent there is no way to create "perkiness" with surgery. Breast implant volume can give the illusion of perkiness filling in the upper pole and giving forward projection but the nipple-areola and skin tone or look is not changed. A breast lift gets the breast gland up where it belongs and adjusts the nipple-areola position to be centered over the breast but doesn't give forward projection or fill in the upper pole. There is also the tradeoff of incisional scars. In general, it is best to wait until at least age 18 to make sure your breasts are fully grown and when you can sign consent for your own procedure. Eventually some "perkiness" may be achieved by something non-surgical like fat or stem cell injections but this is currently not recommended in young women for cosmetic purposes because it has not been proven that it has no effect on the subsequent development or detection of breast cancer.
You have beautiful breasts already. Why do you wish to alter them? Yes they are somewhat saggy but they look beautiful and the sogginess makes them look ore natural. However if you seek a long term solution what you need is a formal mastopexy or breast lift. You will have at least a periareolar...
Please see your surgeon about this. This is unusual and could be a negative reaction to medication that you have taken, or are taking now.
While removing a drain may be a bit uncomfortable, it is unusual to have pain persist. You might want to touch base with your surgeon.
