I would not mind getting surgery, but I wouldn't know which one. Also, are there any natural ways to perk up? I'm only 17...

There are different degrees and criteria for sagging breasts. There can be a volume deficiency or an issue with skin laxity and excess or both. There are also different treatment option for varying degrees of ptosis, or sagging breasts. A phyical exam is needed to best determine what options would work best for you. Hello pprincess. If you're saggy, you may need to have a breast lift. To perk them up, you may need a breast implant, which will also increase your breast cup size.
