I'm going for BBL in the new year and now I'm a little discouraged because I read on here that a lot of women who get the BBL end up going for round 2 or get Butt Implants because after a year their original results start to fade overtime as they lose weight or the swelling is just so much at the beginning that once it goes away it just looks like your back to normal and never had the surgery to begin with. So I'm beginning to think it's a waste of $$

Thank you for your question and photos. I agree with the other posts that you are early in your healing and the volume will change with healing. Unfortunately, the shape that was created will not change. You have too much fat in the upper lateral buttocks which gives a long rectangular shape....
