I am very discouraged because I do love the shape he gave me but my tummy and belly button are not the best. I have loose skin and fat and my belly button has a strong smell every other day. Why is my tummy divided like this..? Is it inflammation..? I also have some itching all over my body that comes and goes does it have anything to do with my surgery.. Did I ruin my results in any way..? Weight before surgery was 169.8lbs current weight is 143.6lbs.. 5’2... 25yrs old
Answer: SWELLING TAKES TIME Hello good afternoon, you did not messed your results, after a tummy tuck procedure or any other procedure, you have to give your body time to fully heal, swelling takes up to 5-6 months to go completely away, if after that you don't see a flat tummy, you can do liposuction in your lower abdomen, but give it some time first. The itching is caused by the healing of your internal tissue, but also check if it is caused by your body garment.

Answer: I am over 6 weeks post-op. You are still early in your recovery and will not be able to see the results until the swelling goes down, which can take months to resolve. However, without an in-person examination, it’s impossible to determine if anything abnormal is developing. It is important that you are following your surgeon’s post-operative care instructions to ensure the best results. We recommend consulting with your surgeon to further discuss your concerns.
