Is there any doctors that will do a mommy makeover with a BMI of 36? I want a tummy tuck because I have diastasis recti and I need a breast lift but instead of implants I want fat transfer for my breast to look fuller after lift.
Answer: Mommy makeover Based on your pictures you seem to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck and breast lift, an in person consultation would be best for a detailed exam and evaluation.always see a board certified PS.

Answer: The Bellesoma Method and BMI I recommend a breast lift for BMI’s under 32. The higher the BMI, the higher risk for complications. I recommend The Bellesoma Method to reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. After this, I would recommend an abdominoplasty. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Surgery and BMI You appear to be a good candidate for the procedures you are considering. Your BMI is such that it can increase your risk both during and after surgery. There are other factors that are considered as well as BMI, such as current and past health history. I recommend visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for a consultation to determine if you are a candidate for surgery.
