recommend a breast lift for BMI’s under 32. 
The higher the BMI, the higher risk for complications.  I recommend The Bellesoma Method to reshape
your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them
higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation
and the ability to breast feed are maintained. 
At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional

A BMI of 30 and above is associated with increased risks of infection and poor wound healing. It’s safer to have. Mommy Makeover if your BMI is below 30. Additionally, the results are not as good with higher BMI and revision Surgery is more common. Best.

Dear Marie,   Thanks for posting your pictures. From observing your pictures, you appear to be a great candidate for tummy tuck and breasts lift. Your BMI is slightly higher that my upper limit number , however, it is only one criteria to consider. Most of your weight is in your lower body and if when you lie down on your back, your stomach is flat, you may proceed with your surgery. But, if the abdomen is bulging, your muscles repair can't be done optimally and safely, so your surgery should be postponed until you lose enough weight to flatten the stomach.   As far as combining your surgeries - tummy tuck and breasts lift, I would not recommend it because , by doing so you increase the severe  complication rate 2-3 times in comparison to tummy tuck alone,. That is according to a recent article in the plastic surgery journal, that was base on data from insurance company that insures only cosmetic surgery patients.   Cosmetic surgery is purely elective and complication rate should be reduced to a minimum. Also, you have to think about the surgeon's fatigue factor. In long surgeries the surgeon becomes  tired and will not be able to deliver to you a  high quality result, as when he or she are fresh...     Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Marie.  It is safer and you will achieve a better result if you lower your BMI to a level around 30. Also, I’m afraid fat grafting alone it’s not an option for you, as your breast ptosis is significant, and a breast lift is needed. I recommend that you discuss all your options with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your region. Good luck.

The ideal BMI for aesthetics procedures is below 34%, but the more weight you lose the better results you will get. Reaching your weight goal prior to surgery would decrease the risks of complications during and after surgery and enhance results. Before, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Thank you for your question.The recommended BMI is less than 30. This is the recommendation of the American society of plastic surgery. The reason simply, is increased chance of complications. These include but limited to, pulmonary embolus, deep venous thrombosis, delayed wound healing and increase infection rate.Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Tummy Tuck and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. All surgeries carry risk,

Based on your photos you are a good candidate for a mommy makeover, which in your case will consist in tummy tuck, liposuction and breast lift with implants if you want to improve your breast.      
The combination of a liposuction with the a traditional tummy tuck has become a very common procedure. It is safe to combine the two procedures mainly to address the hip and flank areas. This is a very effective way to extenuate the contour of the waist along with the abdominoplasty. 
In general you may be a good tummy tuck candidate if: 
You are physically healthy and at a stable weight, you have realistic expectations, you are a non-smoker, you are bothered by the appearance of your abdomen.
Weighting above the established weigh increases the risk of complications during and after your surgery, the BMI range is 30 and it is important have a stable weight in order to have any surgical process.
The breast implants with lift can be done simultaneously, just keeping in mind that all depends on your health and labs test. And i think you'll look amazing.
I also recommend to visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a person evaluation and to talk about your goals.

Although my cutoff for BMI is 35, this may occasionally be an imperfect method.  Sometimes, this type of evaluation is better suited on a case by case basis.  Based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for a mommy makeover provided that you are healthy and not a smoker.
