Can I get steroid shots or fat removal to get it concave?

My upper lip after lip lift protrudes too much by the nose is there any way I can get a steroid shot or is it just fatty skin tissue. Could it be made thinner.?

You would definitely benefit from a conservative upper lip lift and that can absolutely be done at the same time as a face/neck lift. The length of your upper lip is not significantly long but slightly shorter would be a youthful look and may give you slight tooth show at rest. Hope that helps...
