Lower eyelid blepharoplasty - should I also consider TRL Contour at the same time?

I am 50 years old and planning an upper/lower eyelid bleph with fat repositioning and grafting in 2022. I am debating the benefits/recovery of doing an eye area TRL Contour at that time. The surgical enhancement may be enough for my satisfaction plus reduce risks associated with laser recovery, infection, etc. That being said, I don't want to regret not doing the laser. Do most patients express satisfaction/intervention with the surgical alone to refresh the eyes? Many thanks!

Blepharoplasty surgery can change the volume and sagging issues that tend to occur as we age. However, many times patients also complain of wrinkles or dark circles. These issues can be addressed with lasers or chemical peels. The combination of both laser and blepharoplasty typically leads to very high patient satisfaction in my practice.
