Can Eyelid Surgery fix my eyelid from being loose where it connects? (photo)

Hello I am 22 years old. I had a orbital wall fracture in 2018 then had surgery 2 weeks after, they for some reason said I needed a plate to prevent my eye from sinking.. but till this day I never had double vision or anything… I’m still 20/20 with perfect vision.… But thats off topic 2 years later I had the plates removed from my orbital because I was having serious headaches bad. But I noticed when I look in the corner of my eye there is a tiny hole or bc its loose?
