Dr. Phelps was finally able to correct my left eye ptosis something two previous doctors were unable to do. I highly recommend him for Ptosis surgery especially as it one of the more challenging surgeries out there with many unsuccessful outcomes

I am extremely pleased with the results of my upper and lower blepharoplasty. I feel like I've taken 10 years off of my appearance and finally feel like I look like myself again. I can't tell you how excited and happy I am that I went to Dr. Phelps! The experience was great from start to finish - from his staff, nurses, and himself. Dr. Phelps and his staff are personable, take time to explain procedure and post-op. They are accessable during and after the whole process. Highly recommended. I had previously had eye-lid surgery 10 years ago. Dr. Phelps explained what could be improved and I was much happier with the results.

Miracle worker - entire experience was stress free
