I am extremely pleased with the results of my upper and lower blepharoplasty. I feel like I've taken 10 years off of my appearance and finally feel like I look like myself again. First and foremost, I could not be happier with my results. Hands down… One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was working with this team. Dr. Phelps is truly talented at what he does. A true artist! I am still healing, but, I am already over joyed with what I am seeing. I’m looking more and more like myself every day after years of trying everything to correct damaged under eye skin. Dr. Phelps erased years off my face, I don’t even have an expression wrinkle when I smile now. For years I avoided this procedure at all costs because I was nervous about it. The morning of the surgery, my anxiety got the best of me and well… let’s just say I had a mini panic attack…. Not my finest moment. Dr. Phelps and the whole staff stepped up and were the exact support and reassurance I needed to follow through with something I wanted so bad. They calmed my nerves and put me at ease. I cannot be more grateful for the compassion I felt. The procedure was a walk in the park. It was so quick (1 hour), easy and painless! I was out and at home and felt normal that same afternoon. I’d do it all over again if I had too! Since then, my recovery has been just as easygoing. Dr Phelps and the office have guided me through the whole thing, being extremely thorough. My calls, emails and questions have been responded to quickly and with detail. I truly cannot thank Dr. Phelps and this whole office for the magic they worked.

Dr. Phelps is a master at his craft. I'm a new patient of his and my experience with him was genuine and professional. The staff was very friendly and the entire experience was stress free. I'd highly recommend if you’re interested in getting a blepharoplasty done as I did. I feel like a brand new woman inside and out and he was worth every dollar. if you want someone experienced and at that MASTER level.

I had surgery with him on November 15, 2024 — including upper & lower blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, facial fat grafting, and a brow lift. The result? Worse than before. I sincerely wish I had never done it with him. I chose this surgeon because of the glowing reviews — but now I realize that many of them are either fake or highly misleading. I’m a real patient, and I’ve attached my surgical report and invoice, with both our names on it, as well as clear photos showing the poor outcome. This is not defamation — this is a real warning from someone who trusted him and paid the price emotionally, physically, and financially. Let me add this: The doctor lied to me, claiming he performed a skin pinch, but when I got the surgical report, it was never mentioned. I later consulted multiple other respected surgeons who confirmed: No, you did not get a skin pinch. He simply did not do what he claimed. Also — he charged me extra for ptosis repair, even though it was clearly listed as part of the comprehensive package on his own website. This is not just poor ethics — it’s deceptive. I’ve attached the invoice showing the upcharge. Every time I visited, the clinic was empty. No patients waiting — unlike any reputable plastic surgeon’s clinic. That alone should’ve been a red flag. Please understand: revisions are far more dangerous, difficult, and emotionally draining than doing it right the first time. Don’t risk your face, your confidence, or your money here. I’m speaking to you from the future — learn from my mistake. There are far better surgeons in the same price range — or even slightly higher — like: • Dr. Kami Parsa • Dr. Massry They’re known for precision, honesty, and natural-looking results. Yes, they may be $1,000–$2,000 more, but you’ll be preserving your face — not paying to fix damage later. Take close-up photos of every surgeon’s results. Inspect the details. Ask questions. Do not rush. Look at Kami’s and Massry’s work — they’re far more consistent, detailed, and safe. Please don’t take chances with your face. I did — and I’m living with the regret. This review is here to protect others from going through what I’ve been through Updated on 26 Jul 2025: Since posting my honest review, the doctor has been actively trying to block me from sharing my experience and photos on multiple platforms — including RealSelf and Yelp. He is clearly doing everything he can to silence my voice so that no one sees the reality of what happened. This kind of behavior only confirms my concerns and raises even more red flags. People deserve to know the full truth before making a decision.
